You agree to and accept our terms and conditions by purchasing from Pumpers.co. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, do not confirm your order. We have the right to refuse to process and ship orders if the customer does not agree to or meet the terms and conditions. By ordering any product from Pumpers.co, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


The expiration dates of all items are printed on the package. DO NOT USE ANY EXPIRED PRODUCTS, and if this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Unless otherwise specified, we make no express or implied promises or warranties of any kind concerning products sold, subject to your statutory rights in terms of quality and/or fitness.


Age limit

To order our items or utilize our services, you must be at least 18 years old. We take no responsibility for verifying the buyer’s country of origin’s import laws and restrictions.


All products are transported completely at the risk of the buyer, with the buyer agreeing to waive any legal action that may be taken against him if he fails to follow the destination country’s rules and importing laws.


Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in international currency values and changes in shipment rates.


Product availability is subject to change at any time without prior notification. After your payment has been accepted, we are unable to cancel your order.

Proof of payment

You will receive an electronic proof of payment following your purchase, which will include your order number, order specifications, user name, and password (that you will/have chosen), and will allow you to monitor and track the status of your order as it is sent.


Packaging and Shipping

We wrap goods with carbon photo paper, which is resistant to X-ray scanners. You can have your items disguised as toys, video cassettes, or any other object that you like.

The ordered items will be delivered to the address you gave when placing your transaction.

Delivery times

Our standard airmail shipping takes 10-15 days to arrive within the United States, and 9-12 days to arrive in Europe (Express shipping is 1-3 business days). We cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the mail service in charge of the delivery during national holidays or delays caused by the mail service in charge of the delivery.

Any delivery dates we mention are only estimates, and we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, Postal Service penalties, or expenses incurred as a result of any delay in delivering the products to you unless the delay was caused by our negligence.

Deliveries to Germany, Canada, and Australia are exclusively sent by registered mail (no express shipping) and take 12-15 business days. This lowers the chances of things being held up at customs.

We have a 99.9% success rate in getting orders through customs in the United States, 99.5 percent in Canada and Europe, and 97 percent in South Africa. Even if products are confiscated at customs (which is barely a 1% chance based on our long track record of success), we will pay you for the entire loss.

Receiving your package

If a shipment was not delivered due to customer issues (not being at home or failing to pick up the parcels from the post office on time), we will not be able to reship the order. Only items confiscated by customs or damaged during transit are reshipped.

Once you have received, are in possession of, and have checked the products shipped to your designated address, we no longer hold custody of the goods and have no further responsibility for lost or damaged things.


If the buyer provides incorrect shipping information, the order may be delivered incorrectly or returned to the sender. We take no responsibility for order losses or any losses that may come as a result of this misdelivery. The key reason for non-returnable packages is that we use a discreet transportation method to protect you.
